Booking

The house is let for exclusive use. Minimum two rooms; guest numbers are strictly limited to the package maximum.

Payment

Full payment is taken at booking: the stay plus a refundable caution fee, shown as a separate line.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Early check-in or late checkout of up to 3 hours is ₦25,000, subject to availability. Departure after 16:00 is charged at 50% of the nightly rate; after 18:00, a full night.

Events

Events or parties are allowed only with prior approval, on a Full House booking, with a ₦100,000 caution fee.
