Can I book a single room?+
No. The house is let for exclusive use, with a minimum of two rooms. Unbooked rooms stay locked for your group.
What time are check-in and check-out?+
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late checkout of up to 3 hours is ₦25,000, subject to availability.
What is the caution fee?+
A refundable security deposit, paid with your booking and shown as a separate line. After an inspection it is returned by bank transfer within 48 hours, with any deductions itemised.
What is your cancellation policy?+
7 or more days before check-in: full refund minus gateway fees. 3–6 days: 50%. Under 72 hours or no-show: non-refundable. One free date change if you are 7+ days out, subject to availability.
Can we host events or parties?+
Only with prior approval, on a Full House booking, with a ₦100,000 caution fee.
How many guests can stay?+
Strictly the package maximum — 4, 6, 8 or 12 guests. Day visitors are welcome until 21:00, and quiet hours run 22:00–07:00.
What ID do I need?+
The primary guest uploads a valid ID (NIN, international passport or driver's licence) during online check-in.
